Manufacturing Capability
3D Desktop Printer
Pellet-fed 3D printing using PostPrime® recycled resin — bespoke parts and prototypes printed in Australia from all recycled Australian waste.
Overview
Pellet-fed, circular by design
Introducing our desktop 3D printer that uses recycled plastic pellets — specifically designed and manufactured in Australia.
No filament required.
About PostPrime®
Pellet printing fundamentally changes the economics and capabilities of desktop manufacturing.
Rapid prototyping & short-run manufacturing
Move from concept to finished part quickly, with low tooling overhead.
Low-waste, on-demand production
Print only what you need, when you need it — no surplus stock.
Plastic pellets or flakes
Skip pricey filaments. Runs on simple pellets — including recycled HDPE from milk bottle lids and custom PostPrime® blends, with more options on the way. Make your own blends or test new materials quickly.
Mahor V5 Pro extruder
A powerful extruder that can push from 0.8mm to 3.5mm with only the 1.0mm nozzle (as tested with HDPE).
Auto bed levelling
Levels itself to protect the build plate and give every print a clean, steady start. Also runs vibration compensation easily.
Interchangeable hotend nozzles
Supplied with a 1.0mm hardened-steel nozzle. The mini extruder supports anything from 0.40mm to 2.0mm.
Pro heating core
A full-wrap ceramic heater keeps temperatures stable from start to finish.
Smart profiles
Every material we supply comes with ready-to-use settings, and you can adjust them anytime when trying new blends.
Magnetic build plates
Different plastics need different surfaces. Swap plates instantly and start the next print without delay.
Enclosed & easy to monitor
A warm, enclosed chamber for better results, with clear sides. Watch pellets feed in through the viewing window in the extruder chamber.
Full Wi-Fi control
Connect it to your network to manage and monitor prints from anywhere. The LCD tablet is included for simple setup to your location's IP address.
Fully circular
Misprints can be reground and reprinted — nothing wasted.
PostPrime® compatible
See your prototype in the final product material (PostPrime®️ Resin) before you buy expensive moulding tools. Australian-made parts from Australian plastic waste.
Transmutation × 3D-Seed collaboration
Transmutation supplies the machines and consumables (PostPrime® Resin or HDPE colours); 3D-Seed provides the technical know-how and support.
