Net Zero Aggregate

Resin8®

A breakthrough lightweight eco-aggregate made from all types of mixed plastic waste. Blended into concrete and asphalt, Resin8® replaces a portion of traditional mineral aggregate to deliver products that are lighter, stronger, and infinitely recyclable — locking carbon and plastic into the built environment.

Inside the factory

Resin8® made in Tottenham, Melbourne

We now control the manufacture of Resin8® end-to-end from our Tottenham factory in Melbourne — converting waste plastic into Resin8® aggregate, then supplying it to concrete and asphalt producers including Jaffa Limestone, who cast it into finished building products.

Recycled. Engineered. Proven. Explore the benefits.

  • Optimized transport

Lighter than natural stone, this aggregate significantly lowers transport-related carbon emissions, structural load and by default logistical costs across the project.

  • Breakthrough eco-aggregate

A lightweight eco-aggregate made from all types of mixed plastic waste — including streams traditionally too contaminated or low-grade for single-stream recycling.

  • Infinitely recyclable

A patented process creates a mineral polymer that can be infinitely recycled as an aggregate. The difference here is it's not just plastic added to concrete — the process ensures there are no pathways for microplastics or leaching.

  • Versatility

Seamlessly integrate this aggregate into concrete, asphalts, pre-mix concrete, pre-cast concrete, mortars and hot mix asphalt.

  • Industry-standard performance

Concrete and asphalt enriched with Resin8® meet the highest industry standards for compressive strength, fire resistance, and durability.

  • Green builds & sustainability

Fully circular product with Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).

  • Tested to Australian Standards

    • AS 1141 — Aggregate Testing
    • AS 3600 — Concrete Structures
    • AS 1012 — Methods of testing Concrete
  • Tender ready sustainability story

Great re-use of soft plastics, e-waste and other hard plastics to lower the embodied carbon in the construction sector.
